Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)? We’re seeking a dedicated individual to provide 1:1 support and help make a real difference in a child’s education.

The Role:
  • Position: 1:1 Teaching Assistant (SEN)
  • Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire
  • Contract: Full-time, Temporary/Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalised one-to-one support for a student with SEN.
  • Assist with tailored learning plans to support academic and social progress.
  • Work collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCO to implement strategies.
  • Foster positive engagement in classroom activities and behaviour management.
  • Track and report the student’s progress to teachers and parents.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience working with children with SEN (e.g., Autism, ADHD, or learning difficulties).

  • Relevant qualifications, such as Level 2 or 3 in SEN or Teaching Assistance.
