Busy Bees Kettering Queen of Hearts is recruiting an Early Years Educator to support high-quality learning and development for children aged under five. You will contribute to a welcoming, inclusive setting and work as a Key Person building strong relationships with families while documenting children's progress.

The role emphasises safeguarding, play-based learning, and collaboration with the Busy Bees team to deliver the Bee Curious curriculum across the setting.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – every child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
