Busy Bees Kettering Queen of Hearts is seeking an Early Years Educator to support the development of children within a Good-rated Ofsted nursery. You will work under the Bee Curious curriculum, delivering engaging activities and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for young learners.

This role emphasizes strong communication with families, collaborative teamwork, and commitment to high-quality early education.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience working with children under 5.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with EYFS.
• Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
