Job summary

Busy Bees Kettering Queen of Hearts is seeking an Early Years Educator to support children’s development across cognitive, social and emotional domains. You’ll join a dedicated team delivering the Bee Curious curriculum in a warm, inclusive environment at a busy nursery.

You will build strong relationships with children and families as the designated Key Person, plan engaging activities, monitor progress, and participate in ongoing professional development to grow with Busy Bees.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding—each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities.
• Create a safe, stimulating, inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, partnering with families.
