Busy Bees, the UK's leading nursery group, is recruiting an Early Years Educator to support children's intellectual, social and emotional development within our Welwyn Garden City nursery. You'll plan engaging activities, create a safe, inclusive learning environment, and nurture a Key Person relationship with children and families, delivering our Bee Curious curriculum.

Qualificações

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
