Busy Bees in Biggleswade Kings Reach is seeking an Early Years Educator to support the development of young children through the Bee Curious curriculum. You will help plan engaging activities, foster a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong relationships with families as a Key Person.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
