About Early Years Ltd. in Wirral is seeking a Level 2 Nursery Practitioner to join our dedicated childcare team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will deliver high-quality care and early education aligned with the EYFS framework.

The role offers a permanent contract with hours from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and a competitive hourly salary of £14–£15, depending on experience. Successful candidates will hold a Level 2 qualification and demonstrate strong communication and reliability.

Formación

• Must possess a Level 2 Childcare/EYFS qualification (NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent).
• Demonstrable experience working within an early years setting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver care and early education aligned with EYFS.
• Design and implement engaging activities supporting developmental milestones.
• Serve as a Key Person, monitoring progress and maintaining records.
• Establish and maintain relationships with parents, carers and the team.
• Uphold safe, inclusive indoor and outdoor learning environments.
