About Early Years Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a supportive childcare team in Wirral. This permanent, full-time role offers engaging EYFS work and opportunities to contribute to high-quality early development.

You will deliver care and early education, act as a Key Person, and maintain development records, while working 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The position emphasizes safeguarding, teamwork, and building strong relationships with families.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 3 Childcare/EY qualification (NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent).
• Demonstrable experience in an early years setting.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care and early education aligned with EYFS.
• Design and implement engaging activities to support development milestones.
• Serve as Key Person, monitoring progress and maintaining records.
• Collaborate with parents, carers, and the team.
• Maintain safe, inclusive indoor/outdoor learning environments.
