GKN Aerospace is seeking a qualified Level 2 PFD Operator to perform penetrant testing and inspection of components at our IMF facility. You will work on manual and automated lines within a team, with shifts across daytime and shift allowances, contributing to right-first-time production and adherence to quality procedures.

Responsibilities include auditing test records, maintaining calibration validity, and ensuring compliance with Safety and Export Control processes.

Qualifications

• Qualified to EN4179 Level 2 (minimum)
• Experience with PPS and RCCA techniques
• Experience in Internal Audits to ISO 19011 guidelines
• Familiar with IAQG/ISO standards and QA frameworks
• Proficient with MS Office tools and documentation

Responsabilités

• Record value stream tasks in site Risk Assessment Management tool with proper controls
• Ensure parts are produced right first time
• Check calibration dates on equipment and maintain traceability
• Manage timely clearance of work phases in SAP
• Highlight non-conformances to Process Team Leader
• Adhere to GKNAF Quality Procedures and HASAWA safety standards
• Support Export Control compliance and TCP requirements
• Follow governing specs and update audit follow-up actions
• Maintain safety, housekeeping and incident reporting as required
