GKN Aerospace at Filton is recruiting a qualified Level 2 PFD Operator for non-destructive penetrant testing and inspection of components. You will work on manual and automated lines within an IMF facility, across shifts with a 25% allowance.

The role requires strict adherence to QA procedures and health & safety standards. Key duties include recording tasks in risk assessment tools, ensuring right-first-time production, and using SAP for workflow clearance.

Qualifications

• EN4179 Level 2 qualification required.
• Experience in ISO 19011 internal audits.
• Knowledge of IAQG/ISO standards.
• Proficiency with SAP and QA tools.

Responsabilités

• Record value stream tasks in Risk Assessment Management tool.
• Ensure parts are produced right first time.
• Ensure calibrated equipment is in date.
• Clear work phases using the SAP system.
• Highlight non-conformances to the Process Team Leader.
• Adhere to GKNAF Quality Procedures.
• Maintain health and safety compliance.
