Job summary

Needham Fabrications Ltd is offering a Level 2 Engineering Operative Apprentice position in Needham Market. You will train in fabrication and welding, reading engineering drawings, measuring and shaping metal, and using tools safely under expert supervision.

You’ll earn while you learn, complete the Level 2 apprenticeship, and gain practical skills for a long-term engineering career with opportunities to progress.

Qualifications

Level 2 Engineering Operative Apprentice (Fabrication & Welding)

Location: Needham Fabrications LTD, Unit 5, Lion Barn Industrial Estate, Needham Market, Suffolk, IP6 8NZ

Pay: £12.71 per hour (or above, depending on age and experience)

We're looking for an enthusiastic Engineering Operative Apprentice to join our skilled fabrication and welding team. This is an exciting opportunity to earn a wage while gaining a nationally recognised Level 2 Engineering Operative Apprenticeship, developing practical skills that will set you up for a long-term career in engineering.

You'll work alongside experienced fabricators and welders who will teach you everything from reading engineering drawings to assembling and welding metal components safely and accurately.

No two days are the same, and every project is an opportunity to learn something new.

What You'll Be Learning
