Job summary

Needham Fabrications Ltd is offering a Level 2 Engineering Operative Apprentice position in Needham Market. You will train in fabrication and welding, reading engineering drawings, measuring and shaping metal, and using tools safely under expert supervision.

You’ll earn while you learn, complete the Level 2 apprenticeship, and gain practical skills for a long-term engineering career with opportunities to progress.

Qualifications

• No prior engineering experience required, just enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
• Reading engineering drawings and understanding manufacturing processes.
• Ability to measure, mark out, cut and shape metal materials.
• Learn welding and fabrication techniques from experienced engineers.
