Job summary

Busy Bees, a leading nursery group in the UK, is seeking an Early Years Educator for their Wynyard nursery. You will play a pivotal role in children's development by fostering a safe and stimulating learning environment, planning educational activities, and building strong partnerships with families. The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare, experience with children under 5, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• Experience working with children under 5.
• Previous experience ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children’s development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children’s progress through observations and assessments.
