Job summary

The Old Station Nursery in Droitwich is seeking a qualified Nursery Practitioner. You will join a team delivering play-based learning under EYFS, planning activities, and supporting the daily operations of the nursery.

We require Level 2/3 Early Years qualifications or QTS and the ability to work 40 hours weekly. DBS checks, right to work in the UK, and safeguarding commitments are part of the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification or QTS held.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, nurturing environment where children thrive.
• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with EYFS.
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Monitor and record development milestones for parents.
