Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality early years education and care in line with EYFS.

• Maintain a safe, stimulating, inclusive environment promoting curiosity and independence.
• Observe and assess children's progress and document development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth transitions between base rooms and stages.
• Utilise outdoor space for enriching first-hand learning experiences.
• Adhere to health and safeguarding policies at all times.
