Job summary

Action Staffing LTD is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 Qualified) for a full-time role at a setting on Shortlands Road, Bromley (BR2). You will work across 5 days a week delivering EYFS-based childcare and education, while supporting the team and safeguarding standards.

You will plan engaging activities, foster parent partnerships, and help create a secure, stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow.

Qualifications

• Qualified Level 2 Early Years Educator.
• Experience in childcare setting preferred.
• Safeguarding awareness and basic first aid.
• Ability to plan and deliver EYFS activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality childcare and early education in line with the EYFS framework.
• Plan and implement creative, hands-on activities to support development.
• Support the room team and senior staff with daily nursery routines.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and safeguarding-focused environment at all times.
• Build strong partnerships with parents through regular communication.
