Qualifications

• Previous estate agency experience and progression-minded mindset.
• A target-driven approach with ability to win new listings.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• IT literate and hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Generate and win new listings and instructions.
• Build rapport with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Carry out rental valuations and market appraisals.
• Contribute to the lettings team's success through proactive business generation.
