The role includes rental valuations and market appraisals with a clear career path across Connells Group. Industry-leading training is provided; a full UK driving licence is essential and a company car or car allowance is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in estate agency roles such as Lister, Valuer or Lettings Negotiator.
• Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• IT literate with MS Office and online tools.
