Qualifications

• Have previous estate agency experience (Lister/Valuer/Lettings Negotiator or similar).
• Be confident generating new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and communication.

Responsibilities

• Win new listings and instructions for the lettings portfolio.
• Build rapport with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Carry out rental valuations and market appraisals.
• Contribute to the lettings team's success through proactive business generation.
