Job summary

Stirling Ackroyd in Croydon is seeking a Lettings Valuer to grow the property register, win instructions and support the Branch Manager to maximise branch profit. You will build rapport with clients delivering first class experience every time. You will be part of a highly motivated and target driven team.

You will identify new business opportunities, carry out valuations, viewings and tenancy negotiations while delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Title: Lettings Valuer

Location: Croydon

Brand: Stirling Ackroyd

Salary: OTE: of up to £45,000.00 per annum

Hours: Monday - Thursday; 8.45am - 6.30pm, Friday; 8.45am - 5.30pm, Saturday; 9.00am - 4.00pm (on rota basis). When required to work a Saturday you will be awarded a day in lieu.

Driving Licence: Please note, that you must have a full UK Driving Licence.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

The position of Lettings Valuer will involve growing the property register, by winning instructions and assisting the Branch Manager in maximizing branch profit. You will have the ability to build an excellent rapport with clients delivering first class experience every time. You will be part of a highly motivated and target driven team.

Duties will include:

• Identifying new business opportunities and registering new applicants
• Booking and carrying out property viewings
• Carrying our property valuations
• Negotiating and agreeing tenancies
• Supporting the Branch Manager where applicable
• Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
• Achieving personal and branch sales targets
• Representing the company in a professional manner
• Building strong relationships internally and externally

Skills required:

• Prior experience working as a residential Lettings Consultant.
• Business generation experience.
• Property valuation experience.
• High level of customer service skills.
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
• The ability to negotiate.
• Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed.
• Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
• Be responsive to change.
