Stirling Ackroyd in Twickenham is looking for a Lettings Consultant to join its established Estate Agency team. You will focus on delivering exceptional customer service, qualifying applicants, arranging property viewings, and progressing tenancies with a client-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Identify new lettings opportunities and register applicants.

Job Title: Lettings Consultant

Location:Twickenham

Brand: Stirling Ackroyd

Salary:Competitive Salary Package

Hours: Monday - Thursday; 8:45am - 6.00pm, Friday; 8:45am - 5pm, Saturday; 10:00am - 4:00pm (on rota basis). When required to work a Saturday you will be awarded half a day in lieu.

Driving Licence: Please note, that you must have a full UK Driving Licence.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

The role of a Lettings Consultant is exciting and rewarding!

Duties will include:

• Identifying new business opportunities and registering new applicants

• Booking and carrying out property viewings

• Negotiating and agreeing tenancies

• Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face

• Achieving personal and branch sales targets

• Representing the company in a professional manner

• Building strong relationships internally and externally

Skills required:

• Experience within sales and customer service.

• Good telephone manner and positive attitude.

• Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed.

• Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.

• Be responsive to change.

• A full UK driving license.
