Job summary

Campions Group is seeking an ambitious Assistant Lettings Manager for our West Drayton office. You will work closely with the Lettings Manager to win new business, manage the lettings team and deliver excellent service to landlords and tenants.

A proven background in residential lettings and market appraisals is essential, with strong negotiation, communication and leadership skills. Hours align with a busy office schedule, and a base salary of £28,500 is offered with a clear path to progression

Qualifications

• Experience in residential lettings with a proven track record.
• Capable of conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor or lead a lettings team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market appraisals and win new lettings and management instructions.
• Lead the lettings team and support branches to meet targets.
• Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants.
• Maintain relationships with landlords, applicants and clients.
• Progress lets through referencing and tenancy progression.
• Ensure compliance with lettings legislation including Right to Rent.
• Maintain accurate records across company systems.
