Responsibilities

• Generate and conduct property viewings.
• Book and arrange market appraisals/valuations.
• Deliver excellent service to landlords, tenants and applicants.
• Manage maintenance and coordinate repairs with contractors.
• Support the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
• Support wider lettings administration and enquiries.
• Build strong relationships with clients while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
