AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters is recruiting a Residential Property/Lettings Manager to look after a portfolio of properties in Salisbury. You will provide professional support to tenants and landlords, ensure compliance, and manage viewings and rents.

Reporting to the head of lettings, you will handle tenancy setups, renewals, rent reviews, arrears, and liaise with tenants, landlords and contractors to maintain investments.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential lettings management.
• Knowledge of current tenancy legislation.
• Full driving licence.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring Property Compliance.
• Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors on required and agreed repairs in a timely manner.
• Organising property visits and providing landlords with updates and advice on their investment.
• Carrying out viewings with potential tenants with your own vehicle.
• Conducting market appraisals and winning new business.
• Tenancy set ups & renewals.
• Rent reviews and action accordingly agreed changes.
• Handle rent arrears to liaise and action with landlord and tenants.

A great opportunity has become available to join an established agency in the Salisbury area as a Residential Property/Letttings Manager looking after a portfolio of properties proficiently and professionally.

Package & Benefits:

• £30k - £32k basic dependent on relevant experience and qualifications.
