Job summary

NorthwoodUK in Warrington is seeking an experienced Lettings Apprentice/Consultant to join our busy branch. You will manage tenant applications, coordinate maintenance, and support customers through the lettings journey, ensuring smooth transitions between departments.

Working closely with the Branch Manager, you will uphold service standards, maximise business opportunities, and apply up-to-date lettings knowledge.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a lettings role or similar.
• Up-to-date lettings legislation knowledge.
• Full UK driving licence - Manual vehicle.
• Local area knowledge of Warrington and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Managing tenant applications and referencing.
• Coordinating property maintenance and reporting repairs to landlords.
• Completing property inspections, check-ins and check-outs.
• Supporting customers throughout their journey to ensure smooth transitions between departments.
• Working closely with the Branch Manager to uphold service standards and maximise business opportunities.

• Minimum 1 year's experience in a lettings role (essential).

• Self-motivated, proactive and driven to help grow the business.
• Up-to-date lettings legislation knowledge.
• Full UK driving licence - Manual Vehicle (Essential).
• Local area knowledge of Warrington and surrounding areas (Essential).

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm

1 in 4 Saturdays: 10:00am - 12:30pm
