Linley and Simpson in Pudsey is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team. This full-time, permanent role offers an OTE of £26,000 (uncapped) and the chance to help clients find and secure their next home.

You will qualify tenant needs, conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and manage referencing through to key handover. We value integrity, customer focus and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in lettings or sales negotiations.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to build rapport.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Reliable and organised with ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with prospective tenants to qualify needs and match to a home.
• Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, oversee referencing, and hand over keys.
• Email property alerts and conduct landlord care and feedback calls.
• Ensure adherence to office procedures, policies and KPI awareness.
• Identify opportunities to win new business.
