Vincere is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join a busy Farnham office and support a residential lettings team. You will register applicants, conduct property viewings and negotiate offers between landlords and tenants to progress lets to completion.

The role demands strong sales skills, excellent communication, and a proactive, professional approach. A full UK driving licence is preferred for local property viewings.

• Previous lettings or estate agency experience preferred.
• Confident and professional communication style.

Responsibilities

• Registering applicants and matching them to rental properties.
• Conducting property viewings and advising tenants.
