Job summary

Vincere is seeking an experienced Property Manager Team Leader to join a busy residential lettings team in Leatherhead. You will support day‑to‑day management of a property portfolio, ensuring high standards of service and compliance while mentoring a growing team.

The role requires strong knowledge of lettings legislation, compliance and tenancy procedures. An ARLA qualification would be helpful, and a UK driving licence is preferred. Salary is OTE £44,000 with a clear path for progression.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties and supporting the broader property management team.
• Provide day‑to‑day guidance to Property Managers and ensure consistent service standards.
• Oversee maintenance, compliance, tenancy matters and other property management processes.
• Manage complex landlord and tenant issues with professional escalation support.
• Monitor workloads, processes and deadlines to ensure efficient property management.
