Job summary

Vincere is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join a busy Farnham office and support a residential lettings team. You will register applicants, conduct property viewings and negotiate offers between landlords and tenants to progress lets to completion.

The role demands strong sales skills, excellent communication, and a proactive, professional approach. A full UK driving licence is preferred for local property viewings.

A Lettings Negotiator is required to join a busy Farnham office, working within a successful residential property team and handling the day-to-day lettings process while delivering excellent customer service to landlords and applicants.

Job Title: Lettings Negotiator

Salary: OTE £35,000 per annum

Position: Permanent, Full-Time

This role would suit an experienced Lettings Negotiator with a strong sales background, although candidates with transferable estate agency experience and a genuine interest in property will also be considered. You will need to be proactive, confident and commercially minded, with excellent communication skills and a professional approach.

What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:

• Registering applicants and matching them to suitable rental properties
• Conducting property viewings and providing knowledgeable advice to prospective tenants
• Negotiating offers between landlords and applicants and progressing lets through to completion
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants
• Carrying out proactive business development and generating new lettings opportunities
• Keeping property details, applicant records and marketing information accurate and up to date

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience within residential lettings or estate agency preferred
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a commercial approach
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work effectively within a busy team
• Good knowledge of Farnham and the surrounding areas would be advantageous
• Well presented with a professional approach to property
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car preferred
