Job summary

hireful in Marlborough is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join our Residential Lettings team. Based in a busy High Street office, you will handle the lettings journey from enquiry to tenancy completion, match applicants to properties, conduct viewings and negotiate offers.

You will build landlord relationships, secure new instructions and ensure compliance with legislation. A full UK driving licence and strong customer service skills are essential, with lettings/estate agency experience

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.
• Proactive commercial mindset and strong customer service experience preferred.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Residential lettings or estate agency experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lettings journey from enquiry to tenancy completion.
• Register applicants, match properties and conduct viewings.
• Negotiate offers and progress tenancies to completion.
• Generate new business and build landlord relationships.
• Support compliance with all legislation and regulations.
