Worth Recruiting – Property Industry Recruitment in Rainham is seeking a confident Lettings Negotiator with lettings experience to join a busy residential lettings team. You'll handle tenant enquiries, arrange viewings and support applications through to completion.

This full-time permanent role offers training, development, and a varied workload with opportunities to contribute to marketing and client service in a local property-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous lettings, estate agency or customer-facing experience preferred
• Confident and professional communication skills both in person and over the phone
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Good written and verbal English
• Confident using computers and property-related systems
• Proactive, reliable and positive approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle essential

Responsibilities

• Respond to rental enquiries and follow up new leads promptly
• Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants
• Progress tenancy applications and assist with check-ins and check-outs
• Coordinate property inspections and maintain accurate tenancy records
• Support property marketing through social media and video content
• Provide excellent customer service while supporting the wider lettings team
