Role Overview

We're currently looking for a dynamic Lettings Negotiator to join our busy Clifton office.

You will be responsible for liaising and negotiating directly with our clients as well as managing the Lettings process ensuring we are compliant and providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for an individual with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, determination and ambition to succeed. We are no ordinary agency; we pride ourselves on operating at the highest level, setting exceptional standards and delivering a truly world-class service to our clients.

We are looking for someone who is commercially minded, driven and passionate about property, with the confidence and ambition to make a real impact.

A minimum of one years' experience as a Lettings Negotiator is essential.

Team Overview

Our Clifton team comprises one Head of Department, one Negotiator and one Lettings Coordinators. You will be joining a small, dynamic and ambitious team, working alongside industry experts and key stakeholders across the wider business and its various divisions.
