Job summary

Connells Group is seeking a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join the Bridgfords residential lettings team in Durham. The role offers industry-leading training, a clear career ladder, and exposure to Lettings, Sales and other specialist services within a leading UK property services business.

The base salary is £25k with uncapped commission, providing a strong opportunity for earnings growth alongside career progression.

Qualifications

• Ideally have previous lettings or sales experience.
• Capable of generating new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
