What you do:

You will focus on the upper quartile of the property market, offering clients bespoke marketing strategies with local, national, and international exposure through the Fine & Country network. You will manage client relationships from initial contact to key handover, marketing homes to maximize exposure and achieve the highest possible prices following our proven presentation, exposure, and service strategies.

What we do:

We provide marketing agreements, payment collection, social media campaigns, Homesearch, Sprift, property portals, local market campaigns, leaflets, and online targeted advertising.

Our support teams—Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, and Admin—assist with sales progression, marketing, conveyancing, and lead generation, enabling you to focus on client service and sales.
