Job summary

Connells Group, Home of Opportunity, is seeking a highly motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our Barnard Marcus residential lettings team in Tottenham.

In this role you will generate rental valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate lets and progress lets through to move-in, while delivering outstanding customer service in a target-driven environment. We offer industry-leading training, a clear career ladder and an uncapped commission scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience in lettings or sales is preferred.
• Strong customer care and service skills are essential.
• Good communication, both verbal and written, is required.
• IT literacy with MS Office, internet and email is expected.

Your Role as a Lettings Negotiator

The main purpose of your role is to deliver exceptional service to customers while driving business results. Your responsibilities include:

• Generating and booking rental valuations and market appraisals
• Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
• Negotiating rental terms and agreeing lets
• Progressing lets through to move-in

Skills And Experience We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will:

• Ideally have previous lettings or sales experience
• Be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
