Barnard Marcus in Muswell Hill is seeking a proactive Lettings Negotiator to deliver outstanding service and drive lettings performance.

You will generate rental valuations, conduct property viewings with tenants, negotiate terms and progress lets to move-in, supported by market-leading training.

Qualifications

• Ideally have previous lettings or sales experience.

• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
