Job summary

Barnard Marcus in Ealing is recruiting a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our lettings team. This entry‑level role provides full training, exposure to valuations, viewings, negotiating lets and delivering excellent customer service.

You’ll start on a £25k basic salary with uncapped commission and a clear progression path within Connells Group, with industry‑leading training and support to build your career in lettings, sales, mortgage services and more.

Qualifications

• Be passionate about delivering outstanding customer care and service.
