• A basic salary of up to £25,000 plus commission, with an OTE of £30,000 achievable

Lettings Negotiator – Duties

• Work with the lettings team to achieve targets, ensuring legal documentation and tenancy compliance
• Help build the brand's presence in the local marketplace
• Handle telephone and face-to-face enquiries, providing excellent customer service
• Conduct property viewings and gather feedback
• Negotiate new tenancies with landlords and tenants
• Process move-ins in collaboration with the property management team, ensuring properties are prepared
• Coordinate key handovers and ensure tenants are settled
• Maintain regular communication with landlords and tenants to foster strong relationships

Lettings Negotiator – Experience Needed
