Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Negotiator to support the lease out of the units which will include the marketing, engagement activities, applicant verification and to carry out viewings with potential applicants.

This is a site based role at No1 Ancoats Green, Manchester and is a 6 month fixed term contract.

You will be joining the Place by Pinnacle team based in Manchester. The specialist Place by Pinnacle brand provides integrated market rental lettings and management services across single family and multi-family properties.

Key responsibilities:

• To co-ordinate their own diary by booking appointments with applicants and conduct viewings either in person or virtually as required by the applicant.
• To co-ordinate resident engagement-based activities in line with the resident engagement plan to build the community and provide positive resident involvement.
• To be responsible of managing offers from viewings and liaising with tenants to ensure all relevant information is communicated correctly and efficiently.
• To work proactively and efficiently with the lettings administration team to work coherently in progressing applications to references and agreement signing with residents to ensure that the void turnaround is as prompt as possible.
• To work in parallel with the dedicated site property manager to promote a positive resident journey and promote resident engagement activities set within the resident engagement plan for the scheme.
