**Job Title:** Lettings Negotiator (No Experience Needed). **Location:** London (Remote). You won’t be required to conduct viewings – this role is focused on lead generation, enquiries, and client communication.. . **Key Responsibilities:**. . Contacting prospective tenants via phone and email. . Handling incoming enquiries from property websites and portals. . Booking and coordinating property viewings for the in-person agents. . Providing accurate information on available properties. . Building relationships with applicants and maintaining contact throughout the lettings process. . Updating systems and property records. .
