Personal specification

• Some experience within residential estate agency would be advantageous, but is not essential
• Experience working in Prime Central London (preferably West Prime Central London)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Relevant professional qualifications would be advantageous (e.g., ARLA)
• IT literate
• Friendly personality
• Full UK driving licence.

Our client is offering a basic salary of c. £23,000, plus on target earnings in the region of £40,000 to £45,000! A car allowance or pooled car will be provided. Parking will be paid for by the company.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. When a Saturday (10am to 3pm) is worked, you will get half a day in lieu the following week after probation.
