Chase Evans, part of Lomond, is seeking a Lettings Consultant in London. You will conduct accompanied viewings, manage tenant inquiries, and coordinate move-ins within a supportive Lettings team. The role offers an OTE of £45,000 in the first year and clear opportunity for progression.

Ideal candidates have a can-do attitude, strong customer service skills, and a desire to learn in a fast-paced lettings environment. The package includes base pay with incentivised commission.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant lettings/estate agency experience preferred but willing to train strong candidates.
• Dynamic role with daily challenges and opportunities to grow.

• Clear and effective communication with negotiation prowess.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accompanied viewings with prospective tenants.
• Handle telephone and email enquiries from tenants.
• Register enquiries and efficiently schedule appointments.
• Follow up on leads to maximise opportunities.
• Coordinate smooth move-ins for new tenants.
• Process payments including deposits and first month's rent.
• Perform occasional property inspections as needed.
• Collaborate with the Lettings team to achieve targets.
• Support career progression within the company.
• Fulfil any other duties to support the team.

Lettings Consultant

The expected OTE in your first year will be £45,000.

• Conducting accompanied viewings with prospective tenants.
• Managing telephone and email enquiries from eager tenants.
• Registering enquiries and efficiently scheduling appointments.
• Following up on leads to ensure no opportunity is missed.
• Coordinating seamless move-ins for new tenants.
• Handling various payments, including deposits and first month's rent.
• Performing occasional property inspections when necessary.
• Collaborating closely with the dynamic Lettings team.
• Nurturing your ambitions for career progression within the company.
• Fulfilling any other duties deemed necessary to support the team.
