Job summary

A dynamic letting agency in Greater London is seeking a confident and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to manage tenant databases, conduct viewings, and negotiate offers. This role requires excellent attention to detail and strong negotiation skills. The agency offers training for career progression, including ARLA qualification. Working hours are Mon-Fri with some Saturday shifts required.

Responsibilities

• Register enquiries and arrange appointments.
• Conduct viewings with applicants.
• Qualify new applicants.
• Manage applicants and follow up with enquiries.
• Negotiate offers.
• Provide high-quality customer service.
• Deal with telephone and email enquiries from applicants and landlords.
• Generate a targeted number of viewings per week.
• Helping with tenancy progression.
• Offer a first class level of customer service at all times.

Job description

Landstones are looking for a confident, enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join our young and dynamic team.

You will be responsible for managing a database of tenants, arranging and attending viewings, negotiating offers and terms as well as providing feedback and assisting with move-ins.

Most importantly of all, you must thrive on working with people, under pressure and in a competitive environment.

We have an in-house training academy where the successful candidate will be encouraged to attend training courses to help with their career progression, including ARLA qualification and other relevant training.

Hours / 8:30am – 7pm Mon-Fri (Viewing’s dependant), every other Saturday 9am – 4pm.

Key responsibilities
