LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR / PROPERTY MANAGER

We are looking for a Lettings Negotiator/Property Manager to manage properties and provide an outstanding service to landlords and tenants.

The role will include:

• Managing landlord and tenant enquiries
• Conducting property viewings and negotiating lets
• Managing a portfolio of rental properties
• Handling maintenance issues and liaising with contractors
• Carrying out property inspections and ensuring properties are well maintained
• Managing tenancy renewals and end-of-tenancy processes
• Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
• Ensuring properties and tenancies are managed professionally and efficiently

• Has experience in lettings/property management
