Job summary

Martin & Co. Worcester in Cirencester is seeking a driven lettings assistant to join the award-winning team in our town centre office.

You will generate, arrange and carry out viewings of properties to let, while building strong relationships with landlords and understanding tenant requirements. You will manage offers, negotiations and queries between landlords and tenants, and oversee referencing and tenancy setup through to check-in.

Qualifications

• Ideally some experience within the property industry.

Principle Accountabilities
