Job summary
Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents & Financial Services Professionals seeks a Lettings Manager for Residential Lettings. Base salary £28,000–£29,000 with uncapped OTE £45,000+. Company car or car allowance is provided.
Work pattern is 5 days per week, including some Saturdays, with 33 holidays and birthday day off. Lead and coach a lettings team, secure listings from valuations, and grow profitability while delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship-building with clients and landlords.
- Proven ability to convert valuations into listings and lets.
- Ambitious, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Full driving licence is required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional lettings expertise to ensure best service.
- Manage profitability and business development.
- Motivate, inspire, and coach the lettings team.
- List targeted properties and support landlords to let at best price.
- Stay informed on market conditions and local expertise.
