Qualifications

• Experience leading a lettings or sales team and driving targets.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal, professional lettings expertise and advice to customers.
• Manage profitability and business development for your area.
• Motivate and coach the lettings team; lead daily meetings and coaching sessions.
• List a targeted number of properties and help landlords achieve best price and service.
• Keep up with local market conditions and develop a reputation as an expert in the field.
• Collaborate with the team to launch new properties and coordinate strategy.
