Remarkable Jobs is recruiting on behalf of an independent estate agency in Farnborough for a Lettings Manager. You will lead the lettings team, drive performance, and develop new landlord relationships while delivering excellent customer service.

Working with hands-on directors, you will shape the lettings strategy, manage market appraisals, valuations, and campaigns across Farnborough and surrounding areas, ensuring compliance and consistent growth in instructions and revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential lettings at Senior Lettings Negotiator, Assistant Lettings Manager or Lettings Manager level.
• Strong knowledge of the lettings process, valuations and related legislation.
• Track record of generating new business, winning instructions and meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day lettings operations to deliver a professional service.
• Drive lettings performance, grow instructions, revenue and market share.
• Generate new business by building relationships with landlords and clients.
• Conduct market appraisals and rental valuations with expert local insights.
• Manage and motivate the lettings team and performance development.
• Oversee marketing, enquiries, viewings, negotiations and tenancy progression.
