The Recruitment Experts, incorporated is seeking an experienced Lettings Manager for a senior role in Earlsfield, South West London. You will lead the lettings operation, drive branch performance and deliver exceptional service to clients and tenants.

You'll manage the team, win instructions, grow the managed portfolio and ensure compliance with lettings regulations while maintaining strong client relations in a fast-paced market.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Manager to join one of South West London's most established and respected estate agencies.

This is the perfect role for an ambitious senior lettings professional who enjoys leading from the front, developing people, winning instructions and driving branch performance. The Role As Lettings Manager

You'll be responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the branch, ensuring both the team and the business continue to grow.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving revenue, profitability and overall branch performance.
• Winning new market appraisals and converting them into instructions.
• Growing and maintaining a strong managed portfolio while balancing Rent Collection and Let Only business.
• Coaching, mentoring and motivating the lettings team to consistently exceed targets.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining outstanding client relationships.
• Monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities to improve performance.
• Ensuring full compliance with current lettings legislation and industry regulations.
• Leading by example through professional conduct, strong negotiation skills and excellent customer care.

About You

You'll already be an experienced lettings professional with a proven track record of delivering results and leading successful teams.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience as a Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator/Assistant Manager ready to step up.
• A strong track record of winning business and growing managed portfolios.
• Experience coaching, mentoring or managing a lettings team.
• Excellent knowledge of residential lettings legislation and the local market.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• A highly organised and proactive approach.
• A competitive, target-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• A full UK Driving Licence.
