Connells Group in Bristol—Kingswood area— is seeking a Lettings Manager to lead the residential lettings team and drive performance across the branch. This hands-on leadership role offers a clear development path within the UK's leading property services group.

You will manage day-to-day lettings operations, support valuations and listings, build long-term relationships with landlords and tenants, and participate in industry-leading training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven managerial or senior lettings experience in estate agency.

• Track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong business generation skills within a target-driven environment.
• Resilient, organized, numerate and detail-focused.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

As Lettings Manager, you will take full responsibility for the performance and growth of our Bristol residential lettings team.
